– Verification Requirement: All members must complete the verification process to ensure trust and credibility within the community.
– Paid Services: Courses, seminars, webinars, certifications, and access to exclusive events are offered for a fee.

3. User Obligations

By joining our platform, you agree to:
– Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and verification.
– Refrain from impersonating others or submitting misleading information.

– Not misuse the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or deceit.

Note: Legal action will be taken against individuals or entities who engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or violate these terms.

– Verified-only events including awards, inter-house sports, retreats, and more.

Participation in these events is optional but may require registration and payment.

7. Dispute Resolution

– Minor disputes may be resolved internally by SOAA’s appointed ethics or disciplinary committee.
– Major or unresolved issues will be handled in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
– SOAA reserves the right to determine the appropriate channel for resolution.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOAA and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

– Actions of third-party service providers

9. Jurisdiction
