Following a thorough review and vote, we have reached the conclusion to blacklist Mr. Ikenna, also known as Recks Apartment or Recks Luxe, not only from the SAON community but also from all shortlet communities.

His pictures will be posted on the official SAON Facebook and Instagram pages as part of this blacklisting process. This measure is taken to ensure that individuals outside the SAON groups are also aware and can avoid doing business with him. 

Reason for Blacklisting
Over the past three to four years, multiple proven reports of financial misconduct and fraudulent activities have been recorded against Mr. Ikenna. These include:

Booking apartments and failing to remit payments to the owners/hosts, instead diverting the funds for personal use.

Making partial payments for bookings, leaving clients and agents stranded.

Causing breakdowns in relationships between agents and clients due to unfulfilled agreements.

Inflicting financial losses, undue hardship, mental stress, and in some cases, the arrest of innocent parties involved.

Such repeated behavior cannot be tolerated within our community.

Types of Blacklisting in SAON

1. SAON-Only Blacklisting: The individual is banned solely from all SAON platforms.

2. General Blacklisting: For cases involving fraud or scams, the individual is banned from SAON and all other shortlet communities. Their details are shared widely, including with law enforcement agencies and across media platforms.

Given the severity of his actions, Mr. Ikenna (Recks Luxe) falls under the second category. His details, including social media accounts and phone numbers, have been attached to this notice for circulation.

Henceforth, SAON will not entertain or address any issues, complaints, or business dealings connected to Mr. Ikenna. He has been formally banned and declared unfit for collaboration.
